The game was released for Xbox on August 21 , 2013 and for Microsoft Windows and Playstation 3 it was released on October 1 , 2013 , The game begins with the protagonist , who tried to escape from Cyborgs with a Jet bike . Unfortunately his vehicle damages and crashes into the Titan jungle . He wakes up after a while , finds a gun and retrieves a holocube later on . His own hologram tells him he is Conrad B . Hat , and he has to to new Washington to find lan . Its an amazing game . Flashback 2013 IGN rating is 6,0 which means okay but its much better than that . It is the sequel to Flashback of 1992 video game .
