The Adventures Of Tintin And The Secret Of Unicorn is a 2011 ation adventure platforming video game based on the film The Adventures Of Tintin And The Secret Of Unicorn , Which is based on the series The Adventures Of Tintin , the comics series by Belgian cartoonist Herge . The game was released for Microsoft Windows , Playstation 3 , Xbox 360 , Nintendo 3DS and Wii on 21 October 2011 in Europe , on 1 December in Australia and on 6 December in North America . The Game was developed by Ubisoft Montpillier , and published by Ubisoft . The game is predominantly a 2D platforming puzzling game , although there are several other level types , flying levels where the players control Beechcraft , driving levels where the players control motorcycle and there are others levels of fighting where the player controls a sword . The players control Tintin through the majority of the game , although in some places Snowy is controlled by the players and in the final battle Captain Haddock is controlled by the players . Snowy has the ability to smell the scent of Tintin as well as other humans and creatures , and can also scare the harmful creatures with the bark . Tintin can punch enemies and climb ladders , tintin use only punches in the combat but Captain Haddock can use sword . That's it .
